Chicken sesame soya sauce



In Asian country, normally they eat rice, it is the most consumed staple food of world's populations. In Indonesia, people eat rice almost everyday. By the way, Indonesia is top 3 rice producer. Rice cooked by boiling or steaming, during cooking it absorbs water. In Germany people love to eat potatoes and bread, here I always cook rice by myself. For rice companion I've made chicken soya sauce with sesame seeds. I love soya sauce, it makes your food tastier. As a side dish, boiled broccoli would be perfect. On this recipe I've used chicken fillet and I cut it into small pieces (diced) and marinated with soya sauce-mixture. For sauce I added sesame seeds, it has high oil content and has nutty flavor. I love to mixed sesame seeds on my food. Check the recipe and instructions below... I hope you like it!






CHICKEN SOYA SAUCE with BROCCOLI and RICE

INGREDIENTS:

200g Chicken fillet, cut diced
300g Broccoli, boiled
200g rice, steamed

Marinade:
2 Tablespoons Soya sauce
1 Teaspoon Sesame oil
2 Tablespoon Flour
1 Tablespoon  Water
a pinch of sugar

Sauce:
2 Tablespoons Soya sauce
1 Tablespoon Sesame oil
1 Garlic, chopped
1 Red chili, sliced
100ml Chicken broth
1 teaspoon Cornstarch
1 teaspoon Rice vinegar
1 teaspoon Sugar

Frying:
100ml Oil for frying the chicken

Boiling:
1 liter water for boiling the broccoli
salt

INSTRUCTIONS:

How to prepare the Chicken:

- Prepare a bowl, mix all marinade ingredients.
- Mix the marinade with the diced of chicken fillet, stir until the diced chicken coated, cover with plastic wrap and keep in refrigerator for one hour.
- Remove from refrigerator and fry the marinated chicken, be careful of the splash of the oil and fry not to long, otherwise it will be dry and hard. Put it on a plate, underlined with kitchen paper.
- Mix all sauce ingredients, put in a sauce pan and cook until the consistency a little bit thick (about 5 minutes), add the fried chicken cook for another 5 minutes.

Serve with Broccoli and steamed rice:

- Cut the broccoli into small small bites pieces, wash and drain.
- Boil water, add salt, cook the broccoli for 10 minutes, drain it and pour with cold water.
- Wash the rice, add water with the right proportion, steam or boil with rice steamer or rice cooker.
- Ready to serve, enjoy your dinner.
